I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist (RCST/BCTA).  I also facilitate women’s circles by teaching a somatic healing movement meditation that is based in deep listening and focus with the bodies natural expression.  This work parallels and enhances my focus as a Craniosacral therapist.  My connection to the foundational elements of the natural world greatly influences my work and the space that i hold as a practitioner.  I support individuals who are wanting a deeper connection to their bodies and the innate healing mechanism within.

Throughout my early years, I experienced different traumas that led me to seek out effective forms of healing.  The trauma I experienced was deeply held in my body and my nervous system.  My desire to heal and be able to feel at ease in the world continues to carry me forth on an ever evolving healing pathway.  As a practitioner, I am deeply sensitive and intuitive and able to able to hold a safe and open space for what needs to arise and renew itself.

To my work, I bring a deep respect and reverence for the healing process.  I believe that the bodies inherent wisdom when given the right conditions has the ability to tap into it’s innate healing mechanism and guide the body towards optimal health and well being.  In sessions, we will create together a container that allows the client’s system to open to this possibility.
